I believe that in a democracy, there are often underfunded areas that don’t have a visible impact on society within the span of one or two election cycles. That’s why I decided to allocate my private resources to a systematic and structured education for young people, with the goal of having a positive impact on people in the Czech and Slovak Republics for decades to come.
The Dalibor Cicman Foundation was established from a simple belief: young people with passion and potential can achieve incredible things if they have access to the right opportunities and tools. As the CEO of a large company, I’ve had the chance to see the kind of impact digital skills can have on people’s lives and careers. Now, we want to multiply that impact and pass it on to the next generation. Our goal is to create educational opportunities that allow young people to discover their potential and develop the skills crucial for the future.

Mission…
Our mission is to provide young people with the support, education, and resources they need to develop their skills in digital literacy, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Through grants, programs, and partnerships, we want to provide access to the technology and knowledge that prepares the next generation for a digital future and supports their personal and professional growth.
The Dalibor Cicman Foundation has donated €50,000 to the first high school in the European Union focused on artificial intelligence. The goal of this financial support is to fund the development and launch of the school’s innovative online platform for AI education. Thanks to this platform, students will be able to study artificial intelligence and complete their high school diploma remotely from anywhere in the world. We believe that access to this kind of education is key to the future of our society.
